You may also reheat your Kitchen City Frozen Meals in a pan. Allow them to thaw slightly before placing in the pan. Reheat to desired doneness.

Your kcdelivery.ph ready-to-heat meals comes with a sticker with a best before date and some basic nutrition information.

The best way to keep your frozen meals fresh is to store them in the freezer. The containers they come in are microwave-safe and can be placed directly from the freezer into the microwave.
We do next-day delivery for orders placed before 6pm. We guarantee your frozen meals will arrive within the day but cannot give an exact time because we fulfill your orders through delivery hubs and not retail locations like other restaurants.
Unlike food from restaurants that have to be consumed right away, our meals are created to stay fresh for longer, making everyday meal prep for your family very convenient. Our dishes are blast-frozen and will keep the same quality and delicious taste until the time you reheat them.
To ensure you can enjoy your Kitchen City meals when you want it, we recommend ordering two days in advance--or you can even stock up on ready-to-heat meals for a week. Just store them in the freezer and reheat as needed.

- After we receive your ID/s, your discount will be computed and we will update you with the discounted amount to be paid.
- Pay the discounted amount via Bank Deposit, GCash, Paymaya or if you chose COD, prepare the amount for faster transaction with our delivery staff.
- After we receive your ID/s, your discount will be computed and we will immediately process the refund on Paypal.
